We were out of town visitors stranded when our truck wouldn't start. The secretary and sales manager, Patrick, were really quick to help us. The sales manager met us and found we needed a tow. The office contacted a tow truck and made sure we had a ride to the dealership waiting room where we could stay. Then the management worked really hard to fit us in to their busy schedule and put a new starter in our truck. Total time from start to finish was only about 3 hours. We were most grateful that the Noyes dealership was their to help us so quickly and kindly.

I have a Buick Enclave that developed some issues on a recent trip to N.H. After googling the issues, I needed to go to a dealer that would have the equipment to diagnose the problem. Pat Wheelock, the service manager, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. First of all, he got me in which was amazing as I am sure they were booked up. They diagnosed the problems, gave me the write-ups for what needed to be done, and deemed it safe for me to drive back to Maine. Definitely, he went above and beyond and told me if I or our mechanics had any questions down the road to call him. Pat then called and told me what he had to do and the next day he brought my vehicle to my home, and it was not too serious, but needed computer updates. Something I knew nothing about.
